Founded by expert guides, with over 16 Years field experience, who have spent years walking the bush, tracking the wild, and living alongside the land, we bring you genuine, heartfelt safaris in Kenya and Tanzania. We believe that travel should be more than ticking off “the big five”—it should be a cultural journey, a meaningful connection.

Our Story

Africa Typique began as a simple dream shared by a small group of local guides who had spent their lives in the bush—tracking lions at sunrise, listening to elephants move through the savannah at night, and learning the rhythm of the land from elders and conservationists.

For years, we guided travelers from around the world, watching them fall in love with East Africa just as we had. But we also saw something missing: safaris that were deeply personal, grounded in real stories, and connected to the people, cultures, and wild spaces that make this region extraordinary.

We wanted to create safaris that went beyond scheduled itineraries and generic tours.

OUR VEHICLES

We have set a very high standard of our vehicles which is a clear indication of our attention to detail in terms of service delivery.

We operate safaris to tourist destinations using safari Mini Buses and Four Wheel drive Land cruisers specially built for the African terrain with pop-up roofs, extra dustproof and guaranteed window seats insured comprehensively for a maximum of 6 passengers.

Land cruisers are mainly used during the rainy seasons or by special interest clients with a passion to rough- it- out in the African terrain in style.
